Hi, I’m Bea, and welcome to The Brambler, a place for the twists, tangles, and small discoveries of everyday life.
I began this project after feeling worn down by hustle culture and craving a different rhythm. Not slower, exactly, but more intentional, more grounded, and closer to the pace that feels right for me and my family.
This blog is where I gather the pieces of that journey: the dust and chaos of renovations, the comfort and experiments of the kitchen, the lessons that come from a stubborn garden, and the adventures that tug me outdoors to the wind and sea.
I don’t have a map, but I do have a pen, and I share what I notice along this winding path. My hope is that in these stories, you’ll find something familiar, a spark of inspiration, or maybe just the comfort of knowing you’re not wandering alone.
So settle in, wander through the bramble, and make yourself at home. I’d love for you to subscribe for stories so I can send a little piece of this journey straight to your inbox.
A Note on My Use of LLM’s:
A bramble is full of helpers: roots, bees, soil, sun. My writing is no different. I work with large language models (LLMs) as a creative companion, helping me turn rough notes into shareable stories. Every tale here begins in my life, and I guide it start to finish. If the use of these tools troubles you, that’s okay, there are plenty of other corners of the internet waiting for you.
